NABH Awareness & Documentation Training (Pre-Accreditation Entry level)

NABH awareness and documentation e-learning course designed to provide knowledge on how to plan and prepare the required Pre-entry level NABH documents and implement the system in small health care organizations.

DESCRIPTION

The NABH standards offer a rigorous framework for patient care and quality improvement in the hospitals to achieve accreditation. Keeping in view the need of quality in healthcare and requirements of NABH, Punyam Academy has designed NABH awareness and documentation training e-learning course to provide participants the knowledge and insights that can prove critical in achieving NABH accreditation for healthcare organization.

This online NABH awareness training – Elearning Course is focusing on how to plan and prepare the required NABH documents including Manuals, Procedures, SOPs, etc and implement the NABH standards for accreditation. The course provides step by step approach to implement and internalize the requirements given in the standard.

1. Lectures
   Total four sessions are given as ppt presentations with explanatory audio to understand the subject.

   • Session 2 : NABH Pre –Entry Level Accreditation Requirements

   • Session 4 : Steps for Implementation of NABH Pre-Accreditation Standards for Hospitals
2. Handouts
   For all the above listed lessons, hand-out in more than 25 pages is given in pdf format. The participant of this NABH awareness training can save the hand-out in their computer or print it or read it to get detailed knowledge of all the four topics listed above. The knowledge gained from this NABH awareness training helps the hospital to get NABH accreditation.
3. Exams
   In this course, total four session exams and one final exam are given. After passing all the exams, the participants can print their NABH awareness and documentation training certificate

Use the study materials to reinforce key points and to keep a reminder of what you already learned as well as you can save it in your computer for future reference. The access of this study material is removed after exam is cleared and on line certificate is prepared for the student.

EXAMINATION AND COURSE CERTIFICATE

This training program includes the Course Certificate that is issued upon course completion and passing the session exam as well as final exam given in the course with minimum 60% marks. The option to reappear in the exam is also given to student to get this course certificate

END OF COURSE INSTRUCTION

After completing the session and passing each session examination the student can appear for final exam. Once the final exam is cleared then it is considered a end of course. The training certificate is ready on our LMS and student can print it or save the training certificate. It is also available for verification by entering the name and certificate number.
